Manufactured by the parent company that owns the ORIGINAL DOBROS (Dobbie Brothers) company and plant in Austrailia, which is still in operation under the new name.  This Gauge is an amazing reissue of the original prop, created from new manufactured stock parts, as close as currently available to the actual gauge used in the film. Originally a Pressure Gauge (as the film prop was) with a metal housing and glass lens. The gauge face painstakingly recreated from the original. Approved by some of the many employees of Dobors who were involved with the original gauge's creation, that were still employed at the plant. This is as close as you can get to the real thing in production today, nearly "the original part form the original manufacturer". This gauge is built from a pressure gauge like the otiginal, so it is just a prop. It is not an actual functioning fuel gauge, just like the screen used one.
